She was predeceased by: her mother Annie Katherine Smith; her former husband David W. Smith Jr.; her husband John Jack; her siblings, William, Sarah Goode of College Station and Barbara Holloway of Dallas; and her grandson David Michael Smith-Jory.
She is survived by: her children, William (Debbie) of Denver, David of Denver, Mark of Austin, Shannon of Las Vegas, NM and Bennett (Jennifer) of Charlotte; her stepson Charlie Jack of Hideaway; her grandchildren, Zach, Hanna, Riley, Jasper, Duncan and Bryson; and her great grandchildren, Royce, Maxwell, Thomas and Kieran.
As Dorothy and John and David were all long time members of the Hideaway Lake Community Church, we ask that any remeberences, flowers or contributions be donated to the church.
