He is survived by: his children, Teri Bichler (Paul) of Lindale, TX and Jerry Shaffer (Andrea) of Seargeant Bluff, IA; his granddaughters, Jessica Lane (Chris) of Rockwall, TX, Madisyn Shaffer of Charlotte, NC and Skylar Shaffer of Seargent Bluff, IA; his great grandchildren, Cora and Ember of Rockwall, TX; and his siblings, DeElda Westby (Dale) of St. Charles, MO, Loris Shaffer (Jayne) of Huron, SD and Marlys Dotson of Colorado Springs, CO.. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
