He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kalb Surratt of Lindale; his children, Jeff Surratt (Jerra) of New Braunfels, Andy Surratt (Becky) of Brownsboro and Krista Allen (Jaime) of Cypress; his grandchildren, Kennedy Surratt, Jackson Surratt, Jackson Wiley, Audrey, Andi Allen, Jenna (Matt Durrette), Bailey and Kaity Sanders; his great grandchildren, Lawson and Grayson Durrette; his sister Kathy (Dennis Gilbert); and his siblings-in-law, Kent Kalb (June) and Karla Sevier (Robert).
