She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jordan and Launa Sitton Jordan; her former husband Darrell Boaz; her husband Jack Anderson; her son Ronnie Darrell Boaz; and her siblings, Claude Jordan, Wanda Wright of Royce Jordan, F. W and Ann Mallory.

She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Adams (Dan) of New Harmony; her grandchildren, Justin Adams, Jarrad Adams (Cash), Randa Boaz and Joshua Boaz (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Carson, Madison, Jade, Miley, Brody, Marleigh, Kelsey, Lincoln, Remy, Bellani and Swayze; her great great grandchildren, Katelynn and Eden; and her brother Ronald Jordan (Anne). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Hospice of East Texas, in honor of the compassionate care Judith received.
