He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Thompson and Beula Thompson (Jones); his stepmother Earline Thompson (Barbara Ling Thompson); and his son Britt Thompson. He is survived by: his grandsons, Zane Thompson of Lindale and Zack Thompson of Brownsboro; and his daughter-in-law Janet Thompson of Lindale. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
