He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Melton and Bernice Jones (McClure); and his brother Daniel Melton Jones Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Beck of Lindale; and his siblings, Ronnie Jones (Roxie Nell) of Arkansas and Jorene Orr of Birthright, Texas. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to your local Humane Society.
