Melva Kay Knox Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on December 24, 2025, at the age of 82, Melva Kay Knox (Lindale, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Toquothty and Mary Toquothty; and her siblings, Dennis, Levern, Lee, Arnold, Delbert Toquothty and Roberta.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Knox; her daughter Connie Barnes; her son-in-law Randy; her granddaughter Sarah Bohannon (Andrew); her great grandchild Robbie; her stepgranddaughter Meredith Humphreys (Bodee); her sister Danielle Devault; and her brother-in-law Michael Devault. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Melva's memory to Champagne House, 303 Mount Sylvan Street, Lindale, TX 75771.
