He was predeceased by: his parents, R. W. Scoggins and Evelyn Fern Scoggins (Kious); his sister Sandra Barnes; and his grandson Jared Scoggins Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Scoggins of Lindale; his children, Stephanie Webb of Denton, James Scoggins of Sherman, Jared Scoggins (Amanda) of Quitman, Kristina Jacobson (Cody Voigt) of Tyler and Russell Scoggins of Lindale; his sister Janice Conner of Sherman; his grandchildren, Haili, Kylea, Chelsea, Hazel, Jaden, Madison, Jericka, Kaylee, Jimmie Wayne, Amy Voigt (Brandon Craver), Logan (Julianna Voigt) and Shelee (Jonathan); and his great-childrens, Sophia Webb and River Voigt. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
