It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Eugene Rau (Lindale, Texas), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 7, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Rau of Hideaway; his daughters, Julia Russell (Dick) of California and Eileen Rau of Round Rock; his grandchildren, Libby Russell, Elizabeth Russell, Bella Russell, Trey Ulmer and Eric Ulmer; his great grandchild Henry Russell; and his stepchildren, Jennifer Goe of Renton and Mark Winings of Ft. Worth.
