She is survived by: her children, Terri Zurowski (Jim Zurowski), Beth Chandler (Greg Chandler) and Curtis Campbell; her grandchildren, Kelby Campbell, Callie Mathis (Blake Mathis), Caitie Jennings (Ryan Jennings) and Cooper Campbell; her great grandchild Brooklynn Mathis; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Stephenson, Evelyn Stephenson and Bobby Campbell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to East Texas Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
