He is survived by: his son Billy Dale Powell (Amy) of Texarkana; his siblings, John Powell (Sharon) of Sulphur Springs, Texas and Betty Johnson of Greenville, Texas; his grandchildren, Rachel (Curtis Edwards) and Will (Camille Powell); and his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Fisher Edwards. He is also survived by extended family and good friends.
