With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Buddy Pate of Linden, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Buddy left this world on April 30, 2026 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Pate and Modena Pate (Kirkland); his brother Tex Pate; and his nephews, Marty Pate and Darron Pate.
He is survived by: his partner Jackie Harrod; his children, Kirby Pate (Prairie) of Linden and Danna Stroman (Brett) of Redwater; and his siblings, Kenneth Pate (Linda) of Linden, Rex Pate (Vickie) of Linden and Lajuan Harris of Nacogdoches. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
