She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hall and Lois Hall; her husband William Carroll Howard (Bill); her son Douglas Carroll; and her siblings, Audra Archer, Opal Wiggins, Ruth Young, Golda Holland and Sidney Charles Hall.
She is survived by: her sister Joyce Cole of Atlanta; her children, Steve Howard of Cedar Park, Patricia Williams of DeSoto and Rob Howard of Texarkana; her grandson Jeff Howard of Austin; her great grandchildren, William and Henry; and her grandchildren, David Williams of Dallas and Claire Howard of Dallas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
