It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Joe Young of Lindsay, Texas, who passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Derrel Young and Bernice June Stone Young; his brother-in-law Joe Banks; and his nephews, Bradley Young and Eric Long.
He is survived by: his son Michael George (Amanda) of Shady Shores, TX; his wife Dana Young; his daughter Lisa Dieter (Roger) of Lindsay, TX; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Patrick Abu, Caroline, Taylor Robertson, Grace Dieter, Ella Dieter, Brett Young, Gavin Young, Ryan Young and Hope Watts; his great grandchildren, Cecilia, Henry, Danny and Winnie June; his brother Don; his sister-in-law Susan Young of Great Bend, KS; his brother Tom; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Young of El Dorado, KS, Debbie Banks of Hutchinson, KS, Diane and Dave Scott of Hutchinson, KS. He is also survived by six nephews, one niece, and numerous cherished cousins.
