He is survived by: his sister Julie Johnston (Tom); his nieces and nephews, Jerad Rauschuber (Amber), Jase Rauschuber (Kara), Jacob Johnston (Victoria), Jamie Henry (Jason) and Ari Johnston; and his pet Jack.
