Billie E. Rogers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie E. Rogers (Lipan, Texas), born in Snyder, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Billie find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Thompson and Lela Mae Gregory Thompson; her husband Garland Rogers; her brother Bobby Thompson; and her sons, Warren Lane Rogers, Sr. and Jerry Duane Rogers.
She is survived by: her sisters, Novalene Thompson West of Abilene and Jewel Thompson of Granbury; and her daughter Karen Mae Rogers Bird. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lipan Church of Christ (112 N Caddo St, Lipan, TX 76462). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
