He was predeceased by: his father Larry McCain. He is survived by: his mother Patsy McCain (Burns) of Littlefield, Texas; his wife Jan Simpson; his stepchildren, Jeremy Polk (Jenny) of Rockwall, Texas and Megan Johnson (Ty) of Levelland, Texas; his brothers, Doug McCain (Tammy) of Lubbock and Dennis McCain (Debbie) of Littlefield, Texas; and his stepgrandchildren, Dylan Polk, Brooklyn Polk, Grayson Polk, Haygan Johnson and Hadley Johnson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home - Sudan (122 N Main St, Sudan, TX 79371). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (400 E 6th St, Littlefield, TX 79339).
