With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marcus Joel Vargas of Littlefield, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 30. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chon Vargas and Delmira Bautista; and his nephews, Adriel and Joe Angel Vasquez. He is survived by: his parents, Geneva Torres (Adam Galan) of Littlefield and Ascenscion Vargas Jr. of Dimmitt; his sisters, Sabrina Vargas (Jose Gonzalez) and Brianna Vargas (Jose Rocha); his grandmother Sanida Vargas of Dimmitt; his aunts, Norma Torres of Friona and Yolanda Snyder of Friona; and his siblings' children, Cameron Vargas and Kaymbree Vazquez of Friona.
