He is survived by: his wife Patti Johnson; his children, Stacy Friery (Rodney), Thomas McClain and Michael Johnson; his grandchildren, Kristopher, Kenny (Lily), Lauren (Mario), Tyler, Damien, Quentin, Addison and Tyler R.; his great grandchildren, Kreed, Anakin, Mireya, Evelyn and Mario; and his siblings, Duke Johnson (Vonda) and Pattie Childress (Clay). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
