He is survived by: his wife Melinda Adams of Livingston, Texas; his children, Nicole Spears (Donnie), Charles Robert Phillips of Houston, Texas, Brandee Shults of Conroe, Christina Jones (Bradley) and Chelsea Adams of Livingston, Texas; and his siblings, Sharon Fleming of Galveston, Carol Myers (Howard) and Ricky Adams (Eric). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
