He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rice of Livingston, Texas; his grandchildren, Amanda Daniel (Billy), Courtney Morris (Josh), Sydney Rice, Tyler Shirley, Rayney Rice, Reis Rice, Wesley Bernius (Lindsey), Kylie McLendon (Daniel) and Ryan Rice (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Micah McLendon, Millie McLendon, Ellis Rice, Luke Shirley and Jackson Bernius; and his sisters-in-law, Nelda Milling (Bill), Norma Beard, Sheila Todd and Joyce Pounds. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
