He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward N. Johnson and Anna Magee Johnson; his children, Susan Hallonquist and Brad Johnson; and his siblings, Juanelle Kelley, Joyce Kelley, Paul "Bugs" Johnson and Jimmy Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Johnson; his daughter Jana Johnson; his stepdaughters, Debra Johnson (Jim) and Pamela Tackett; and his sister Joanna Castleberry. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
