She was predeceased by: her parents, Euben Minshew and Effie Minshew; her husband Robert "O'Pa" Davis; and her siblings, Laverne Minshew, Johnny, Charlie, Wendell and Bobby Minshew.
She is survived by: her sister Tera Faye Hicks; her sons, David "D. D." Gibbs (Jocelyn "Josh" Gibbs) and Johnny "John" Gibbs (Alicia "Lisa" Gibbs); her grandson Johnathan "J. R." Gibbs; her great grandchild Katelyn "K. K." Gibbs; and her stepsons, Gene Davis and Michael Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
