She was predeceased by: her parents, W. A. Clark Jr. and Ruth Elizabeth Clark (Gibson); her son Charles D. Winters; her husband Jacques M. Winters; and her grandson Kaleb Oates.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Winters (Melissa), Diana Oates (Kenny) and Clark Winters; her daughter-in-law Caroline Winters; her sister Beth Price (Anthony); and her sister-in-law Carol Ann Herzog. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel (406 N Yaupon Ave, Livingston, TX 77351). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
