He is survived by: his wife Shelia Willingham of Livingston, Texas; his children, Jason Lada of Leggett, Daniel Lada of Ecuador, James Willingham of Edmond, Oklahoma and Christina Cheppy of Arcadia, Oklahoma; and his brother Leroy Willingham of Canadian, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
