She is survived by: her husband Jerrell Smith of Livingston, Texas; her children, Jerry Smith Jr. of Livingston, Texas and Jacquelyn Shair of Orange, Texas; her grandchildren, Michael Shair, Krystal Crocker, Jerred Shair, Kerigan Shair and Jennifer Smith; and her brothers, Raymond Phillips (Tina) of Onalaska, Texas and James Phillips (Annette) of Onalaska, Texas. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
