She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard B. Turbiville and Willie Mae Turbiville; her husband J. B. Virdell (Corkey); her sister Ramona; and her son Micky Len.
She is survived by: her sons, Mikel Virdell (Kay) and Mark Virdell (Sherrie); and her daughter-in-law Diana Virdell. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren, along with many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harrell Funeral Home (307 E Sandstone St, Llano, TX 78643). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Llano City Cemetery (299 St Mary, Llano, TX 78643). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lutie Watkins Memorial Methodist Church (800 Wright St, Llano, TX 78643).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sis's memory to Lutie Watkins Memorial Methodist Church in Llano, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to the charity of your choice.
