She is survived by: her husband Alton Paul McCarty; her children, Jay McCarty and Tammie Bowman; her children-in-law, Dan Bowman and Judy Leppla-McCarty; her siblings, Johnny Farrell and Retha Scott; and her sister-in-law Peggy Farrell.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Llano City Cemetery (1410 Hickory St, Llano, TX 78643).
