He is survived by: his wife Chris of Llano; his daughter Stacy Gould Runnels (James) of Marshall; the mother of his children Barbara Carpenter Gibson; his daughter Jasmine Speer (Coy) of Coleman; his granddaughters, Anna Grace, Runnels Day (Tyler) of Marshall, Emma Elizabeth Runnels (Taylor) of Marshall, Olivia Runnels Gaddis (Jordy) of Marshall, Rose Evelyn Runnels of Marshall and Ella Kathryn Runnels of Marshall; Nora Elise Day of Marshall, Drew Michael Day of Marshall and Samuel James Gaddis of Marshall.
