It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Shuptrine of Lockhart, Texas, born in Paris, Texas, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Regan Shuptrine and Sarah Laura Tubbs; his brothers, Aubrey Shuptrine and James Shuptrine; his grandson Matthew Thomas; and his daughter-in-law Sherry Shuptrine.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Ruth Shuptrine; and his children, Charles R. Shuptrine, Robert E. Shuptrine (Rhonda Shuptrine) and Catherine S. Thomas. He is also survived by stepchildren, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
