He is survived by: his wife Sherry Sneed; his children, Ralph Sneed Jr. (Carla) of Victoria, Jamal Sneed (Elena) of Waxahachie, Belar Sneed Sr. (Maribel) of Lockhart, Stephanie Holmes (Maurice) of Missouri City, Carmen Omeke (Alex Sr.) of Richmond, Brianna Sneed (Jalyne) of Lockhart and Natalie Carter (Keith) of Heartland; and his brother Ben Troy Sneed Jr. of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
