It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Mannix Gahan of Lockhart, Texas, who passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Theodore Patrick Gahan and Mary Dorothea Gahan; his wife Mary Patricia; his brothers, Patrick Gahan, Theodore P. Gahan, Jr. (Sandra) and Michael Gahan (Elizabeth); and his brother-in-law Col. Joseph J. Betasso.
He is survived by: his children, Terence Gahan (Catherine) of Lockhart and Kathleen Smith (W. Leo) of Lawrence, Kansas; his grandchildren, Brigid, Mary Patricia, Finbar, Conan Gahan, Milo and Elizabeth Smith; and his sisters, Sheila Betasso, Maura Pfieffer (George), Heidi Newell (Jimmy), Colleen McFall (Terry) and Madonna Hogue (Joel). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, and grand-nieces.
