He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Blackburn and Betty Cumbie Blackburn; and his significant other Dianne Charrier. He is survived by: his sons, Edward Kyle Blackburn and Thomas Scott Blackburn of Oklahoma; his brother-in-law Joe (Tracy); and his nieces and nephews, Siena and Maya.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Golden Age Home.
