She is survived by: her children, Tammy Johnson (Dwayne), Nancy Hayes (Marty), Cindy Hayes, Ricky Slaughter (Linda) and Helen Bartell (Mark); her siblings-in-law, Pat Slaughter, Lonnie Slaughter (Cyndi) and Bill Landrum (Margaret); her son-in-law Steven Fletcher; her grandchildren, Darrel Hayes (April), Glenna, Shelby, Katelynne Musick (Christopher), Bradley Hayes (Denise) and Brandon Fletcher (Hope); her cousin Betty Jean Taylor; her pets, Mercedes and Chloe; and her grandsons, Michael Hayes, Phillip Hayes and Eric Hayes.
