We announce the death of Edith (Lockney) Cook of Lockney, Texas, who passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 76. Edith will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Henderson; her brother Ira Henderson; and her mother Juanita Henderson. She is survived by: her brother Roy Henderson; her children, Cindy Callaham (Greg) of Ropesville, Texas and Chad Cook (Katie) of Lockney, Texas; her grandchildren, Allie Voyles (Trey) of Lubbock, Ashley Callaham, Anna Moses of Canyon, Kalebh Cook and Kaileigh Cook of Lockney, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Malcolm and Lincoln Voyles. She is also survived by her family, friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Edith's memory to First Baptist Church's Operation Christmas Child ministry or Peggy's Pantry.
