She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Brazil and Frances Brazil; her husband Kenneth; her son David Green; and her grandson Ethan Kennedy.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Green (Patricia) of Stonewall, TX and Shelley Kennedy (Douglas) of Florence, TX; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Liszka (Richard) and James Green (Taryn). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel (201 E 3rd St, Lampasas, TX 76550). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Lometa United Methodist Church (100 S 2nd St, Lometa, TX 76853). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at the High Valley Cemetery.

Memorial donations in Billye's name can be made to Lometa Methodist Church or the Lometa Senior Center.
