She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Felan and Victoria Felan; and her husband Adolph Rubio. She is survived by: her children, Adolph Rubio (Deborah) of Lometa, Marty Rubio (Annette) of Lometa, Sue Ann Sanchez (Jose) of Lometa and Chris Rubio (Laurie) of Lometa. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as four sisters and one brother.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fulton Family Funeral Home (401 N Key Ave, Lampasas, TX 76550). A rosary was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Church of the Good Shepherd (411 W Main St, Lometa, TX 76853).
