He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Kemp and Lula Fisher Kemp; his brother Joe Kemp; and his nephew Christopher Kemp. He is survived by : his wife Pollett Kemp of Lone Star; his children, Tony Kemp (Crystal) of Daingerfield, Shiandra Kemp of Daingerfield and Latonia Lee-Davis of Dallas; his siblings, Ray (Jessie Kemp), Tony (Bertha Kemp) and Dorothy; and his brother-in-law Elton Williams of Cleveland, Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
