He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Ernest Todd and Olive Viola Todd (Cadarette); his wife Janice Lee Todd (Davenport); and his son Neil Thomas Todd. He is survived by : his children, Bruce, Gary, Eric Todd and Lisa Upton (Todd). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
