He was predeceased by: his parents, Izeal Sr. "Billie" Garrett and Aroh Garrett (Smith); and his sisters, Patricia Garrett of Henderson and Fannie Norris of Tatum. He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Geter (Bryant); his children, Willie (Carolyn), Kimberly (Garlond) and Tenisa (Kevin); his wife Sharron Garrett (Lewis); and his siblings, Carolyn Harper (Jimmy) of Henderson, Diane Manns (Bobby) of Longview and Izeal Garrett Jr. (Leanor). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
