He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Davis; his children, Cedric Jr., Kedric Davis (Whitney) and Taylor Davis; his father Johnny Davis; his grandchildren, Naomi, Neveah, Stephen and Kyree; his siblings, Eric (Christy), Jason (Yolanda), Brandon (Brittany), Marion Henry (Mike), Ashley Davis, Melissa Moore (Frederick), Faith Davis and Hope Okray (Terry); his parents-in-law, Kathleen Sanders, Matthew Reese, James Sibley III (Mattie) and Kiesha Edwards; and his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Jordan, Jeremy, Michael Jr., Devares, Jahleel, Matthew Jr., Jessica and Michala.
