We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024, at the age of 83, Curtis B. Harvey of Longview, Texas, born in Kilgore, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, W. D. Harvey and Margie Harvey (Britt); and his brother Wayne Harvey of Kilgore. He is survived by : his wife Sigrid; his children, Jackie Byers (Rick) of Flower Mound, Angie Harvey of Longview, Steven Harvey (Daya) of Gilmer and Curtis Harvey II (Krista) of Greenville; his siblings, Mari Middleton of Dallas, Kay Mosley of Austin, Margie Sords of Austin and Fred Harvey of Kilgore; and his grandchildren, Brandon White of Longview, Madison Mills of Kilgore, Haley Sarge of Berwick, Kendyll Cowart of Royce City and Sabrina Harvey of Greenville. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Community Church (6070 Farm to Market 1249 E, Kilgore, TX 75662).

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital in Shreveport, La. in Curtis's name.
