It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delma Shields McCaffiety of Longview, Texas, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Viola Shields (Seats) and E. A. Shields; her husband Tommy Earl McCaffiety; her sister Nellie Looper; and her sons-in-law, Dale Johnson and Hank Bolanos.

She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Bolanos, Onna Hester (Terry) and Tonya Gonzales (Joe); and her sister Alma Martin (Dewey). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
