He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Ivy Purcell and Rosalee Pool Purcell; and his wife Willa Nell Devore Purcell. He is survived by: his children, Willa Suzanne Needs, James Keith Purcell Jr., Darrin Lee Purcell (Missy Purcell) and Matthew Aaron Purcell (Michelle Purcell); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Andrea, Allison, Zachary, William, Kayla, Lane and Jaxon. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
