He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Redden and Ophelia Redden; and his wife Wilma Redden. He is survived by: his children, Teresa L. Horton, James Redden, Jr. (Theda), Scottie Redden and Kenneth Redden (Rhonda); his siblings, Bobby, Billy White and Opal Carter; and his grandchildren, Kortney, LaPorsha, Marwill III, Payton, Quory, Jessica, Nicholas, Chelsea, Marce, Qwamaine, Jasmine, Jacoby, ShaHarmony and Kenesha. He is also survived by Siblings; and a host of other relative.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rosewood Memorial Funeral Home (1601 Redmon Rd, Longview, TX 75602). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Perry Clay Cemetery (3605 Estes Pkwy, Longview, TX 75602).
