He is survived by: his wife Judy Rucker of Longview; his children, Tammy Johnston (Jeff) of Jasper, AR, Jerry Don Rucker of Longview and Jason Rucker (Mindy) of Henderson; his sister-in-law Becky Rucker of Burleson; his grandchildren, Timothy Donoghue, Kallie Myers (Tyler), Jacob Rucker (Jamie), Emma Rucker (Nathan Rudnik), Faith Rucker and Grace Rucker; and his great grandchildren, Bradyn, Landon, Peyton, Jaycee and Nolan.
The family suggests memorials to the St. Judes Children's Hospital in his name.
