With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Wilkerson of Longview, Texas, born in Comanche, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 21, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leroy Wilkerson and Ivy Beatrice Clayton Wilkerson; his sisters, Linda, Shirley and Margie; his parents-in-law, Lewis and Ruth Helms; and his son-in-law Jeff Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lynn Helms; his daughters, Jeri Lynn Wilkerson of Hallsville, Jaclyn Dawn Brown of Hallsville and Jolyn Kaye Hawkins (Ryan) of Hallsville; his grandchildren, Lewis, Jerry Jackson, Donnlyn Hawkins, Jaxon and Jeffrey Brown; and his siblings, Gene, Roger, Mike (Sheri) and Patty Bryant. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
