It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Cupit (Longview, Texas), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Cupit and Martha Ellen Rose Cupit; his wife Joyce Heim Cupit; and his son Guy William Cupit. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Kay Plaxco and Terrilyn Cupit Werner (Alan); his grandchildren, Robbie Wood (BJ), Joey Tesch (Jeff), Cody Plaxco, Christa Kolts (Jeff) and Scott Werner (Michelle); and his siblings, Jacky Cupit and Mary Kelso. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
