He was predeceased by: his father John Dohanich. He is survived by: his mother Clarice Dohanich; his wife Lori Dohanich; his children, Chas Dohanich (Elizabeth), Alec Dohanich (Lilly) and Anna Paz (Juan); his grandchildren, Avery Dohanich, Julia Dohanich, Ethan Dohanich, Claudia Paz and John Dohanich; his mother-in-law Claudine Griffin; and his siblings, Mark Dohanich (Maria), Eric Dohanich (Elizabeth), Lisa McPhee (Don), Kryn Contello (Wayne) and Lara Morgan (Donald). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School in his name.
