We announce the death of Lola B. Roberson (Longview, Texas), who passed away on September 13, 2026, at the age of 101. Lola will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Lola’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her sister Millie Ware. She is survived by: her sister Cynthia March of Henderson, TX; her nieces, Lola Mae Roberson of Nacogdoches, TX, Mary B. Carter of Longview, TX, Lenora Moore of Houston, TX and Cynthia Ann Sutton of Henderson, TX; and her nephew Norman March of Henderson, TX. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Stanmore Funeral Home (1105 S Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Longview, TX 75602). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Post Oak Union Cemetery.
